Sunday, June 5, 2011, 2:00 p.m., over 3,000 pro-lifers from the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area joined in a demonstration of support for the protection of human life with a peaceful walk across the "Purple People Bridge" spanning the Ohio River from Sawyer Point in Cincinnati to Newport on the Levee in Kentucky.

The event began at the World Peace Bell, on the Newport, KY side of the river. Students, church groups, co-workers, families, friends, walkers of all ages were all welcome!
Due to generous sponsors, the event was free to participants, including food (JTM), water and event t-shirts
The event ended at the World Peace Bell with music.
